Gyppo Ale Mill is my favorite runway restaurant on the West Coast. Great brews and made to order fresh pub grub. The fish and chips are just amazing. (Boat to table!). The "$100" hamburgers are made from local Humboldt county grass fed beef and are super tasty. There is usually seafood special and the menu is sourced from local farms. It is located just 100m from the South tie-down area of the taxiway. The beer garden is dog friendly and overlooks the runway and Pacific waves crashing on the rocks. Truly a memorable spot. It is my go-to destination when I am flying in NorCal.
