On a Tuesday at 1300L, I landed and taxied to the SS fuel island. After swiping my credit card, only 1.4 gallons of 100LL trickled out. I reswiped with the same result. I walked to the office to see about getting some help with the gas pump. The door was locked and only a yapping dog was inside.
