In 50 years of flying, I do not believe I have ever received better service at an FBO. I flew into KANE on a pre-position flight for an upcoming ANGELFLIGHT mission. As I was in a PA-28R Arrow I expected to be parked somewhere in the back 40 and was surprised when they directed me right to the front door where they parked the aircraft overnight. Even the corporate aircraft were parked farther away. Then they brought the rental vehicle right up to the aircraft, which has never happened in my 50 years of flying. The service that I received during this 2-day evolution was outstanding to say the least. If I ever return, I will surely use Atlantic Aviation as my FBO.

I've been flying into this airport for 10 years now and have always had great service from Lynx. Since it's changed over to Atlantic the customer service has been terrible. They are obviously focused on the jet aircraft and not so much on the general aviation aircraft. After 2 bad experiences in a row I have diverted over to Flying Cloud where my Cessna 182 and me were warmly welcomed.
