Perfect. We set up rental cars through Quest, but never reached out to FBO about our arrival. FBO didn't have any trouble figuring it out and brought the cars planeside on arrival. I called next day to place fuel order, when I said my N# they responded with my name. Perfect service and facilities.

This is a wonderful FBO and well worth the stop. A family-run business where everyone is friendly and attentive. The facility is excellent, including an upstairs "executive pilot lounge" with comfortable seating and a sleeping room if needed. Don't miss it!

This is "The Best" FBO I have ever visited, John and his family gave us superb service when we needed it the most. During our descent we picked up a fairly good amount of ice, of course once on the ground and with temp at around -6 C, there was no way we would be able to get rid of the ice, John and his son Brandon, went above and beyond to get us into the hangar to pretty much de-ice the entire airplane (Hawker 700) hangar wasn't that big but they made it happen, we were extremely appreciative of their efforts and such great attitude and outstanding customer service. I would definitely suggest KATY as a good fuel stop if your business does not take you to Watertown.
