I was transferring 2 Angelflight passengers at BGD today. I had not been to this airport in several years but found the same excellent services still available. Lineman marshalled us in, top me off and I was on my way. Best fuel prices in the area. This is a great stop if you pass through the Texas Panhandle. FBO building is still very clean and looks like it did when it was new.

Agree with the previous post. Good fuel prices, courteous service and a beautiful, clean facility. A great stopping place to refuel and refresh.

Today was my first time to fuel up at Hutchinson County airport and the service was fantastic. Belfador and Butch were very prompt, waiting with chocks in hand as I shut down. The lounge, lobby, and bathroom were spotless. They offered a crew car. There is no self serve so check NOTAM for hours of operation, or call the FBO. I WILL BE BACK.

Stopped in here today for a fuel stop in our CJ4. Met the new airport manager Lee and topped off for our trip back to CA. Easy in and out. Lee provided great service. Highly recommend BGD for a quick and easy fuel stop.

Have been to KBGD a number of times over the years. Always had excellent service until today. The individual on duty has set the Mark for ineptness and rude behavior very high. My plane was less than one hundred feet from the FBO and this gentleman managed to get in golf cart and intercept me just before I got to the gate. His first words were what are you doing, not how can we help or even what do you need. The conversation went down hill from there. He indicated that if I did not appreciate his demeanor I could get in my plane and leave so I did. Never to land here again.Response from Lee Burgin, Airport Manager, Hutchinson County Airport
