The team at BTR Jet Center was wonderful during my recent 24-hour visit to Baton Rouge. They were prompt to marshall me to parking, did a quick fuel-up before a sightseeing flight, and with only 30-minute notice they had the plane fully-fueled and ready to go 12 hours earlier than expected when my plans changed. One of the most inviting FBO's I've been to. A beverage cooler on each room bountiful snacks in each room. Beer wine and mixed drinks for pax. Since the new location some of the best service I have had.

On a recent stop-in and overnight layover, we received excellent service - especially from the representative working the desk - Kai. She was most helpful in coordinating the refueling & care of our company Lear Jet, as well as expediting our car rental. Additionally, her lunch / dinner recommendations were spot on. Our thanks to BTR for a great stop and especially to Kai for her excellent service & support. Thank You!
