Been flying regularly into this airport for the past 18 months. Customer service gets worse every time. Even when I call ahead, they can't seem to communicate between the desk and the line. No help. No apologies. If I had any other options I would go elsewhere. Expensive fuel and services too. Avoid if you can.

Flew into CLL to attend memorial services for a dear friend and this was just after the Aggie/Bama game so it was very busy and hectic but all the folks that I came in contact with at Astin Aviation were very friendly, courteous, helpful and quick to serve my needs.
