Galaxy at CXO is excellent. Yesterday I accidentally marked "dissatisfied" on the customer survey because I didn't read the questions correctly. The Manager, John, met me at the plane to see what they had done wrong. Nothing. Everything was great. Try the Black Walnut upstairs in the FBO.

Luxurious facility with a great restaurant upstairs. There's an outdoor deck overlooking the ramp where you can eat and drink. At least some of the line guys are pilots themselves.

I have been flying into Galaxy FBO Conroe for a number of years. Maria Roth and the whole team there have demonstrated the desire and ability to go above and beyond to make all my trips in and out of there a complete success. Just recently due to some scheduling changes, I was having some transportation issues for one of my passenger, Maria was able to solve my issue and my passengers were on their way without ever even noticing a problem. Thank you and the whole team!

Galaxy has always treated me and my company amazingly as I've been in there twice working out of their FBO quite a bit in a 441 and the CSRs are 10/10 when it comes to being helpful and professional and their line guys are excellent. I was there in March of 2022 and was there in the Fall of 2020 and it's always a great pleasure when we have an excuse to stop in and work out of there for awhile. As an extra perk the tower/ground folks at CXO are very fun, professional and capable and make it look so easy with all the traffic.
