I have been occasionally flying my Cessna 210 into Eagle for the last ten years or so. The service has been (and continues to be) very good. However every time for the last ten years, the ramp fee has been ZERO if I am there for just an hour or so. I got quite the surprise the other day when I received a phone call saying that I needed to provide them with a credit card to settle my bill. I had been on their ramp for about an hour. I was expecting no charge the same as it had been for the last ten years. It appears things have changed now that Signature has taken over. The charge for one hour on the ramp was $95.14. That's for a single engine Cessna 210. The itemization showed a fee of $56 for a "habitat" fee. When I asked what the habitat fee was, I was told it was a fund to help employees with housing. I asked why there wasn't a fee for helping with groceries and gasoline since those are also very expensive. That got a blank look. I will not return. Avoid this place.

Flew in on a G550. Passengers had to load their own bags. After being parked couldn't find a line person. Told the front desk we would be departing on Friday. Got there Friday and the receptionist had a terrible attitude. Whoever was in charge of Vail Valley Jet Center needs to come back and teach Signature how to operate.

$85 per night to park a Cessna 414. Beware.
