We flew in for an event on a Saturday afternoon and we were greeted by some of the friendliest service we have ever experienced. Logan Lee and Spencer literally rolled out the red carpet for us! Niki was beyond helpful and attentive, staying in contact with us the whole day. Not only will we be back, but we will recommend to everyone we know!

My experience was wonderful thanks to the entire staff and especially Niki and Christina. I stopped by because of a thunderstorm and they made me feel more than welcome. They offered me a crew car and recommended Ronnie's which was really good. I will definitely be coming back and if you stop by be sure to ask for Christina and Niki.

I arrived at dusk with an unscheduled stop due to weather. Niki was just about to close the FBO and go home. She stayed forty minutes, providing tie-down ropes and arranging accommodation and a ride. There was no other activity on the field when I landed and I had fully expected to spend an uncomfortable night in the airplane. My most sincere thanks.

What marvelous experience at the Pierce facility at KHDC, Hammond! The crew, Niki, Logan and Ryan could not have been more accommodating. I landed for a quick turn, picking up a passenger. I need a crew car and Niki pulled it around immediately. We were running against some moving weather and the crew assisted in expediting a top-off. Louisiana hospitality at its finest. Thank you!

This is the friendliest FBO I've stopped at ever. They set us up with a rental, brought it to the airplane, fueled and put the aircraft away. Next day Baille, Andrew, and Ryan provided same excellent service. Pizza, cookies and refreshments.

We dropped in and were greeted with a smile and given red carpet treatment by Angela and Leslie on the line. Then Nikki greeted us inside and directed us to cold water and the restrooms. Its great to see every one treated like they are important not just the jet traffic. Great FBO and staff.

Flew in on business, Carly and Angela met me at the plane with smiles and offers to help. Nikki had my rental car and paperwork waiting for me. I was out and on my way in minutes. Very efficient and nice crew! I will definitely come back to Pierce.

Our company operates several light jets and provides medical service requiring quick turns and efficiency. The ground staff at Pierce has a great command of a relatively small ramp and takes great care with the jets. Angela and Carly are especially efficient and friendly. When necessary, it is one of our tech fuel stops because of their ability for quick turns. Inside Nikki and Baily provide the operational face of the FBO. Again, they are efficient and anticipate your needs. I would give them a try should you need a fuel stop or just to stretch your legs.

This is my second recent trip to KHDC staying with Pierce Aviation. This is a great FBO, which is made great by the people who work there. They had my rental car ready and pre-heated, treated my trusty Rockwell Commander 114 with care and respect, and were pleasant and friendly. My line crewmember, Angela, is a sharp young lady and future pilot. Great place!

Pierce Aviation was great! Landed here after hours, after running out of daylight on our cross-country back home to South Florida (and Pierce folks were still here working). Very friendly greeting by Chris who helped us tie down, unload and loaned us the crew car for overnight stay at the Marriott. Very cute, quaint, hip FBO. Very hospitable! Chris recommended some amazing Louisiana style Cajun restaurants! Went to Don’s, as it was 5 mins from the Marriott! Ordered to go per Covid. They hand delivered to car and we had a Louisiana feast in the hotel room! On departure we were given warm cookies! Love this place and especially all the warm and friendly people! Tower controller was great too! Big thank you to Pierce Aviation! We will be back!

This was my first time flying into Hammond, LA and chose Pierce Aviation by the suggestion of other fellow pilots. I was marshaled in promptly and met with smiles and even a carpet. Usually in my experience only high roller turbo prop and jets received that. It was refreshing to see female line techs that were kind and very professional. Even when a crew car wasn't available Ashley from the front desk was able to help. Overall the staff of Ashley, Angela, Christina, Emily, Andrew, Reese and the line manager Chris really made me feel right at home. That was really nice considering I was there for a Flight Instructor check ride. I definitely will be recommending Pierce aviation to fellow aviators and look forward to my next visit to Hammond.

This was my first long cross country travel as PIC along with my godfather Mr. Edward and his friend Mr. Clyde from 2IS Airglades in South Florida to LCH Lake Charles in Louisiana, had to stopover the aircraft (N7543V C172) for fueling purpose in HDC Hammond Airport. We taxied to Pierce Aviation FBO for a short break, the people at this FBO are very welcoming & supportive. We met Mr. Chris Perry the General Manager who is a wonderful gentleman who helped us though the visit. We had a nice chat over the place, effect from recent hurricane Laura and of course aviation life. He gave us the brief description about his job role and things they're involved in related to aviation. They also welcomed us with cold water to drink and freshly baked cookies, which are irresistible. The FBO has lot of memories stored of all the visitors who’s been to Hammond. There is also a huge USA map on the board where you can mark your visit as a gesture. Recommended stopover for all aviators to Enjoy/Relax

Where do I begin. Stopped here to pick up a dog that I was transporting to Georgia for a Pilots-N-Paws mission. Angela marshaled me in with a smile, and then rolled out the red carpet for me and then she sprinted to get chocks. It was 90* and felt like 110* with the humidity. Angela then went and grabbed two bottles of water for my copilot and me. Angela was just awesome and even helped take some photos of the dog with us in front of the airplane. The southern hospitality didn't end there. Once inside Drew was at the front desk and she was just as accommodating while taking care of the fuel bill Drew smiled the entire time and was a pleasure to meet. Drew offered waters to go and came out to Say goodbye after we secured the dog in the plane. These two young ladies will go far. The controller was very accommodating as well. Absolutely a pleasure after a 2.5-hour flight to get there. Will definitely make a point to visit again.

I was returning to Texas from Florida with family in the back of my Cirrus when a maintenance issue and weather system called for an unplanned stop at KHDC. Tower asked me which FBO I wanted and fortunately, I said the one on the west side, Pierce Aviation. The rain started right about the time we got to the FBO lobby but Chris, the GM, moved my plane out of the weather. I wasn't planning on spending the next seven hours monopolizing their pilots lounge, but they graciously let my family snooze uninterrupted...All day. In the meantime they gave me tools, hangar space to troubleshoot, cookies, tea and coffee. The owner, Mr. Pierce, heard about my troubles and came in to volunteer his help. Other flight crews had the crew cars out, so Chris went to a nearby restaurant and picked up lunch for us. All for 20 gallons of cheap avgas. The whole team was simply fantastic. If you have any reason to stop in SE Louisiana let Chris, Emily, Drew, Aiden, Erin, Liam and Ford take care of you.
