Stopped in for fuel on Thursday 10/17/24. On a trip from LUG to ROC. Fast and friendly! Offered me several courtesies if I needed them. Since I needed a quick turnaround, they took care of that as well! I stopped in again on my return trip on Sunday and once again was met with the most helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Mount Sterling. Brandon had checked Flightaware before leaving for the day and saw my pending arrival. He waited around until I landed, brought the crew car around and gave me some local recommendations. Next morning, the plane was fueled and ready before I arrived. Can't ask for better customer service than that!

My wife and I flew our Cardinal from Dallas to Martha's Vineyard and back each summer. For the past 2 years our mid point overnight stop has been KIOB, Mt Sterling, KY. KAI, the FBO is fantastic. I particularly want to single out Brandon who was immense help on 8/27/22 as we landed at 6:00 PM for an overnight. He was the welcoming voice on the CTAF and got us sorted with a Hotel, Crew Car and Tiedown. Very much appreciated after a tiring IFR flight. The next day our Cardinal was fueled and ready to go in front of the FBO. I would rate this FBO and their folks as one of the best experiences we have had. Looking forward to next year.

06/28/2022 - Brandon walked across the ramp to greet me and promptly topped off the fuel. He even called the FBO to have them ask me if he could clean the windshield. Very nice FBO building and very nice staff.
