Top notch service, Casey is the man! I met him at another FBO several years ago, and he recognized my plane and came out to say "Hello" and catch up a bit. Forced landing here due to weather, and Cynthia at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a courtesy car to go get dinner, and the manager, JoJo helped me out quickly and graciously with another issue. Would highly recommend stopping at this FBO if you need to land at JAX. Everyone went above and beyond and provided excellent service!

Friendly, helpful and efficient. Everyone there was interested in providing first class service. We were going to RON due to a line of storms to the north. The CSR got us a room and arranged for a ride to the hotel. The line people put my plane in a hangar without my asking (and for no charge) because of the forecast storms. Excellent service, fair prices and a dedication to top quality service. Highly recommended.
