Landed with an engine problem and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. The line guys were right there checking to see if we were OK and offered us any help that we needed. The desk staff was equally friendly and helpful and gave us the contact info for a great repair shop right on the airport. They loaned us a crew car to go get lunch while we waited for the maintenance shop to meet with us. Although the plane had enough power for us to taxi it over to the shop for the repairs, Rickenbacker staff offered to tow us over if needed. A week later when the repairs were completed, we had the plane brought back to them for storage for a few days because we could not fly it out right away.. Short and simple, the people at Rickenbacker are friendly, helpful and do all they can to make your stop there as pleasant as possible. This is a beautiful, new FBO with great people who do all they can to be friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Recently used Rickenbacker Aviation to hangar and fuel my airplane over the holidays. Rickenbacker airport is a gem in Columbus with an ideal location, great ATC services, long runways, convenient and easy parking, and great services available. Rickenbacker Aviation is also a gem--courteous, friendly, competent staff, world-class facilities and amenities, outstanding service, and reasonable prices. I cannot recommend this FBO highly enough for you aviation needs in Columbus, OH.
