I can't say enough great things about the staff at Lorain. I called earlier in the day of our arrival, and line guys marshalled us to a spot right in front of the FBO when we arrived! Then when we tried to depart two days later, we had a mechanical issue. Hats off to Joe for quickly diagnosing what was wrong and getting it fixed. We caught him just as he was about to get "off" work, but he stuck around to make sure we departed safely - turned out we departed only about an hour after we intended to. Thanks so much again for helping us get home!

100% great experience and would in face choose this airport over others in the area because of the great service. Stopped in for a few hours and a top up, great fuel price, line staff was super friendly and took care of "extras" too!

Hi All, Just a quick comment and shout out to the MRK Team! I'm a KLPR Condo Hanger Tenant and have to say the Line Crew here is Outstanding! I get great service and support from the Guys on the Line to the Mechanics and the Folks in the Office. So if you are flying a Jet or a Cub, I know you will be treated well!
