Ran into a safety of flight issue a long way from home and the staff made sure that the airplane and us were safe. While I realize you have a choice of providers on the field Justin and the staff got us in touch with maintenance personnel and ensured that we had what we needed in our time of need. I'll never forget how your team stepped up and went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful!

Line crew and office staff great. Decided to stay overnight given record temperatures. Used the crew car to go to town about 10 min away and get a room and return next morning. Have been through LRU several times and always a good stop for fuel. Easy in and out with not too much traffic from local flight school. There is a BBQ restaurant on field, but did not try it.

Another outstanding fuel stop by Francis Aviation at LRU. Quick, friendly service and a comfortable lounge to eat our lunch. We use Francis Aviation often when flying between So. Cal and east Texas. We have always been more than satisfied with their service!

Folks at Francis Aviation were very attentive and very helpful when I arrived in my RV-8 and when I departed 2 days later. Also helped me with my car rental from Hertz. Note if you want to speak to a human being at the Las Cruces Hertz office, select option 5.

LRU is a regular fuel stop when flying from San Diego to east Texas. Francis Aviation is always friendly, professional, and quick. The FBO is comfortable and well-equipped. On a prior visit they referred us to a shop that fixed an electrical problem and provided a crew car for the few days we remained there.

Here is a really nice facility that lack the basics of an FBO's snack and drink vending machine. Nothing to drink or eat for those coming in from a long trip. Line crew was great. Been there before but will use other FBO from now on for lower fuel prices and vending.

As a client of Francis Aviation, my company enjoys the flexibility of line service experts such as Tyler, Raoul, and Justin. We are able to call not only for AVGAS and JETA and see rapid response, but we are also able to make use of their ground service cart for remote aircraft power. When a company is poised to be the center of airport General Aviation operations, it benefits from its proximity to Las Cruces International Airport management. Francis is well suited to grow its client base because of their excellent service, and thus grow with the airport.

Rolled in here unannounced, no prior calls, with my biplane I was ferrying to CA. I needed a hangar for the night, check. A hotel recommendation and special rate, check. A car to get to the hotel check. Fuel and an early launch in the morning, check. Justin and his crew exceed every expectation. You can't go wrong with these guys
