Had a wonderful experience with Signature Flight Support staff here at KMCI, can't say the same about the weather and plane. This team really helped us in every way possible in getting us out of here. Unfortunately we visited during one of the coldest time of the year and our Yaw Trim on our Phenom 100 was frozen stuck where we had to abort. They really hustled and got us in a hangar (although they were full) by temporarily swapping a plane to allow the surface to thaw out and be movable again. Amazing experience! I want to thank both David's and Kerry for all their help on this. Thank You!
