Arrived during AirVenture and Hertz ran out of cars and decided my reservation was one they'd not honor. FBO and I both tried calling them and other rental companies to no avail, so I took on a few gallons of fuel and headed back home. Employee at desk tried to help, which was appreciated. When I arrived no one marshalled me, but there were parking spots with ropes so I parked and tied myself down. Their crew car was unavailable as it was in the shop for maintenance; bad week for that!

Our charitable aviation organization flies needy patients from Michigan's Upper Peninsula to major medical centers such as Milwaukee. We often use MWC as the friendly staff at Spring City let us use their courtesy car to drive these folks to nearby hospitals. On a recent trip the car was overdue for return and our patient was ready for pickup, so Ryan, the manager on duty, drove me over in his personal vehicle and waited outside so I could sign the patient out following a surgical procedure. That sort of exceptional service is why we continue coming back to SCA. Thanks, Ryan.
