Exit the 880 freeway at Hegenburger West (toward the airport). Proceed approximately 2 miles. Turn right on Doolittle Drive (just past the Hilton Hotel). Turn left at the first stoplight (Swan Way). Swan Way dead-ends into Earhart Road. Turn right onto Earhart Road. Proceed approximately 1/4 mile until you reach the KaiserAir Oakland Jet Center Terminal, which is located on the left side of the road between hangars 3 and 4. Please pull up to the security gate and speak into the intercom for access to our facility.

Parked at Kaiser yesterday in my Aztec for 5 hours - used the restroom twice but no other services. Total bill was $293.86. Turns out I could have avoided the $150 facility fee if I'd known to buy 10 gallons of avgas. That sure would have been handy to hear on arrival. Shame on me for not assuming I would get taken as a fool if I didn't do my research ahead of time. Shame on Kaiser for charging gotcha fees. I'll be going elsewhere next time.

$98 in fees after getting 30gal in fuel (can take 40gal). No perks. Definitely not good for small planes.

KaiserAir staff failed to fuel my tip tanks, yet they charged my credit card. They were rude and intransigent when I pointed out that the tanks had the same amount of fuel as when I landed. Essentially, they stated that they must have fueled the airplane because their procedures preclude an error.
