Fontainebleau ripped a hole in the back of our plane with GPU. They refuse to pay our expenses associated with the damage and refuse to pay the reduction in value that we experienced. They were professional and nice but unreasonable.

This is a First Class FBO providing first class service. The staff is professional and courteous, in addition to going out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.

It's a beautiful jet FBO, but the ramp fee is $150 for a single-engine piston (half of that waived IF you can take 25 gallons of fuel at $4/gallon over what some nearby airports charge). Signature and Atlantic both charge $50 ramp fees and all but $5 of Signature's is waived if you buy 10 gallons (about $1/gallon cheaper than Fontainebleau). I can understand that they don't want to waste their time pumping 15 gallons of 100LL into a Cirrus or Piper, but other FBOs try not to make that so obvious!
