Surprised by welcoming reception. Travis confirmed rental car arrived and awaited us, and placed keys & rental docs in safe place for our after-hours arrival from 30 gals of gas away. He made sure we could find tie down straps, and offered everything we might need for our a/c during our weekend visit. What a gracious gentleman. Made us feel like his best friend. Couldn't have been a better experience. Be sure we'll come back again.

Springfield is always an excellent stop, the staff is friendly and helpful, fuel is self serve, and the office is clean and nice.
