New pilot lounge being constructed at airport. Self-serve fuel & porta-potty were functional. Other pilots were using courtesy car, so it runs/drives. Herd of elk along airport (outside of airport high fence). Shorter grass strip parallel to runway, north side, marked with cones, use at own risk.
