Stopped Mar 1st for a rest stop passenger request destination was KISM. Bought the required 150 gallons of Jet A, service was good but a bit under par for Million Air but it was the weekend, and new talent was on the ramp. A month later got a bill from Vector PlanePass informing me we owed $45 for the stop. We could have stopped anywhere, next time we will. If the city/airport needs additional funding it should have Million Air collect it at time of sale. This is a misuse of ADSB data, Vector I'm sure is getting their cut and that does not benefit the airport. Million Air says it's not us, it's the city, the city says it's not us it's Vector, Vector told me it's not them it's the City. Plan your stops carefully, we will be going forward

Extremely slow fuel service. Waited over an hour to get fuel with two aircraft ahead of us. No line people to help with bags, no line service to help launch. This is the usual to expect when you arrive. No such thing as a quick turnaround.

Overnight in a Cirrus SR20 ($35 parking/night). An extra star for the pool table, but at least one cue has the tip completely broken off! Line stuff is competent and the facility is beautiful.

I've been a customer at Million Air TLH for 10 years. I've always found them to be accommodating and professional. Not so today. In the past I've received waivers for ramp fees for charity flights, or personal flights when fuel is purchased. At the least I've received personable and professional service. The line crew today was great, as always, but the young lady behind the counter was obviously irritated that I had interrupted her. She wasn't interested in the fact that I would be there less than 30 min nor that I was doing a charitable flight. When I asked her what the ramp fee would be if I purchased fuel (which I didn't need) she said, "I don't know". She obviously didn't want to be there. I've not had such a bad experience with an FBO in 20 years of general aviation. Far cry from what they used to be. Million Air TLH has always been a professional and accommodation FBO. Not any more I guess.
