Melina and Nicole was very Professional and loved them to death. Great seeing Peni Jo once again. Love Desert Jet and it's one of the very best FBO I've been to in 64 years. Can't wait to see everyone again.

I've been flying corporate and/or charter since 1985 and I have never had a better experience anywhere. The good people of Desert Jet TRM really went out of their way. I have to mention Melina. We were on the ground there about 3.5 hours and wanted food. The crew car was out way longer than expected so Melina suggested DoorDash. When I told her I had never done that she offered to order for us on her account and even used a coupon she had to get us great food at a local place. I was amazed at the great service and that's not so easy to do at this stage of my career...

Great service and very nice folks but I was unable to take fuel so ended up with $70 in fees, which is pretty steep for a single engine piston.

Desert Jet Center's staff is second to none. Alonso met our jet upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Melina, Taylor, and Angel were all instrumental the next day in helping me with our very rushed situation (PAX moved their departure time up 3.5 hours). Each of them played an important role in ensuring everything I had to do in an incredibly short amount of time got done. It was all so appreciated. Thank you!!!

Our impromptu trip to KTRM was made so much more enjoyable by the helpful folks at Desert Jet Center. All we had to do before the trip was to give them a call, and they prepared the ramp, the crew car and everything. When we returned, our plane was refueled as requested and ready to go. Overall it was an extremely smooth experience, highly recommended to anyone flying to KTRM.
