Came to pick up Lifeline Pilots passengers, lady at desk had my paperwork, cancelled all fees, and wished us well. Very friendly, efficient, and cooperative. Excellent facilities and staff. Definitely recommended.

We flew a small 4 place helicopter into Waukegan after departing AirVenture. We saw on the website that they waive the $40 handling fee with a fuel purchase s we had them fuel the aircraft. The next morning, we received the bill. In addition to the waived handling charge, we were charged $84 for ramp overnight and $30 infrastructure fee. Those were NOT listed one their website. Avoid Signature to avoid ridiculous fees.
