Arrived in our Hawker and headed to the location indicated on the airport diagram, only to be redirected to Castle North by the line personnel, a location not marked on the diagram. After relocating, we found our passenger's car was at the south location, requiring additional wait time. The organization seemed lacking, compounded by the line personnel occupying most of the lobby seating, leaving minimal space for crew and passengers

Was diverted to VNY. Call 40 out to confirm we could get a rental car for PAX, but when we pulled on to their ramp we were told they have no room on ramp for us (G280). Looked like plenty of room. Ramp agent was nice and apologized. CSR did not and had attitude. We had to reposition to another FBO. They missed out on 1000 gallon uplift and lost our flight department of 5 Jets from returning.

It was a sad day at KVNY. Now C & C has the CAA contract. The short story is I will never go back, and will pay higher prices to avoid them. No help with unloading or loading bags very disinterested attitude from most staff. Rental car issues, nothing nice in the lounge, simply sub par all the way around. The mantra was "sorry, we are just so busy" or "we had several planes to get out". The line guys literally watched me load and unload my own bags, no offer to help and at departure just walked away and left me at the plane. I hope they take this note and try to improve.
