The linemen and reception was spectacularly kind to me, a lowly 172 pilot who bumbled in, because KSMO was going IMC. Dmitri, Angelica, and particularly Jackie all went out of their way to help me with a new rental car and buffer the jet-sized overnight parking fee. I'm enormously grateful for their personable professionalism.
