Direct Flight Solution and Heather's team of personnel have always exemplified outstanding customer service. I fly into the area often as I have family in Nashville, Mt Juliet, and Gallatin. In the past I have used both Lebanon and Gallatin airports. The City of Gallatin has greatly increased the fees at KXNX so all of my flying business will now be going into Lebanon and Direct Flight Solutions. The personnel are outstanding, the FBO is wonderful, and the prices are reasonable. Lebanon also has much better interstate access, access to Nashville, and access to rental cars. M54 is a very GA friendly airport with GA friendly businesses. If you are flying into the area, Lebanon should be your first choice. You will not be disappointed.

Direct Flight Solutions at M54 is an outstanding FBO! Heather and her team always provide top services from refueling, hangar support, to aircraft maintenance. I highly recommend.

After an in-flight fire and emergency landing at M54, the people at Direct Flight Solutions could not have been friendlier and more helpful. They helped us unload the plane, gave us a crew car for the night and helped us find a hotel (that would also take our family Golden Retriever). They also helped us arrange a rental car home the next day. Their terrific maintenance shop also fixed the problem with the airplane. These wonderful people exemplify what it means to care for their customers. They have earned our business forever. Stop here whenever you can. You won't be disappointed. A heartfelt thanks to Heather and her terrific staff.

These are the most wonderful people on the planet. We ended up landing unexpectedly at M54, due to a problem with our SR22 in flight. The staff at Direct Flight Solutions was so terrific, offering us a crew car for the night, helping us to find a hotel (that would take dogs) and helping us unload the airplane. The next day they helped us get a rental car so we could drive home. Their maintenance shop troubleshot and repaired the problem within 2 days. I came back a week later to fly the plane home and they were just as accommodating. Make sure you stop here when near the Nashville area. Heather and her staff treat you like family. FBO service doesn't get any better than this. They've earned my business.
