I dropped an Angelflight passenger off at GXY today. Found the FBO to be very uninterested in providing much in the way of service. The self serve fuel worked, but didn't give me a receipt so I cannot confirm fuel price listed, Colorado is suffering from the high heat as every other western state, but could not even buy a bottle of water from the vending machine. When we ask about water were told try the restaurant down the hall, they didn't/couldn't provide water either to battle the 100 degree heat. I guess I am spoiled to the excellent FBOs in New Mexico and Texas like Bode @ AEG, Pegasus @ RTN, Rocket @ Plainview, Texas Aero @ ODO and Moore County @ DUX-all are better places to stop and receive excellent service.
